The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating statutory compliance inspections and resulting actions across the portfolio, producing high-quality Asset Management services to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate statutory compliance inspections and resulting actions across the portfolio.
  • Provide support to the team in reviewing inspections and updates from our panel of property managers.
  • Monitor statutory compliance inspections for the portfolio through auditing and formal reviews – ensuring systems are updated accurately and regularly, to include any relevant documentation to be saved within the appropriate areas.
  • Work closely with Asset Managers, Property Managers, and the wider business to ensure that data input and monitoring is of the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in property management with a good working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships with customers and clients, and efficient IT skills.

Responsibilities
