We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative & Patient Care Specialist to join our team at HealNavigator. As a hybrid role, this position will be based in Cape Town and involve working remotely from home. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer service, patient coordination, or healthcare administration and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. As part of our team, you will be the bridge between patients, doctors, nurses, labs, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, coordinating with medical professionals to ensure patient needs are met, and documenting patient interactions in our electronic medical records system.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, labs, and pharmacies to ensure patient needs are met.
- Document patient interactions in our EMR system and maintain organized medical records.
- Prepare medical files for consultations.
You will also assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, updating records, and general coordination, as well as support backend marketing efforts such as optimizing images and updating content on our website.
