As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling air freight shipments from collection to final delivery, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements, including customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control air freight shipments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including customs regulations.
  • Maintain full accountability for service delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Liaise with clients and foreign offices to expedite shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Arrange registration and customs clearance of air freight import shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and review customs-cleared shipments for retrieval and delivery to clients.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and income accruals on shipment files.
  • Provide proactive support and information to clients regarding shipment movement and customs queries.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience in air freight import services.
  • Customs experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to work proactively, concisely, and accurately.
  • Knowledge of the forwarding and clearing industry, Incoterms, and regulatory requirements both locally and internationally.
