Junior Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our team at Benclo. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of merchandise strategies, managing product lines, and analyzing sales data to inform buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of merchandise strategies to meet sales and profit goals
- Manage product lines, including product development, sourcing, and inventory management
- Analyze sales data to inform buying decisions and identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales to ensure successful product launches
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
