Creditors Administrator

About the Role:

CA Financial Appointments is seeking an experienced Creditors Administrator to join our team in a dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile warehouse transfers and GRV Recons for Foodcost
  • Process Invoice to GRV reconciliations for stock items
  • Verify weekly and monthly payments - Food and Beverages, and ensure accurate reporting
  • Conduct in-store stock counts and submit reports to the Operations Manager
  • Identify and resolve stock discrepancies with stores
  • Maintain accuracy in GRV list report to statement reconciliations for stock items
  • Analyze in-store stock counts and generate reports
  • Manage VAF submissions by reconciling assets and compiling data for Standard Bank submission
  • Extract and distribute supplier remittances
  • Process weekly and monthly customer complaints reconciliations
  • Monitor Debtors - Used Oils
Requirements:
  • Matric with 5 years of experience or Financial Diploma with 3 years of experience
  • Able to travel to required locations
  • Prior experience in Fast Food / Retail industry is highly advantageous
