Job Title: Demi-Chef De Partie

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Demi-Chef De Partie to join our team at Delaire (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for daily menu items
  • Maintain health and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Ensure knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Culinary Certificate or Diploma
  • Previous experience as a Demi-Chef De Partie (preferably 2-3 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
