  • Ensure accurate capture and processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements across the region.
  • Participate in the development of business strategies and objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Prior experience with Sage VIP and Workday is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
