We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teacher Trainer to join our team at EF Education First. As a Teacher Trainer, you will play a critical role in the development and delivery of training programs for our teachers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality teaching services.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver training programs for teachers, including instructor-led training and online support sessions
- Develop and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and handouts
- Collaborate with local and global teams to tailor training programs to meet the needs of our teachers and centers
- Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to help them improve their teaching skills and knowledge
- Assess teacher progress and provide feedback to help them meet their goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in teacher training and development
- Proven experience in teacher training and development, preferably in the EFL industry
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
