- Delivering high standards of customer service and care.
- Efficiently managing stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine.
- Ensuring efficient dispensary administration.
- Providing general health advice.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and merchandise display.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A Matric certificate with Mathematics as a subject.
- Compliance with the Health Professions Council of South Africa requirements for Pharmacist Assistants.
The successful candidate will possess strong product knowledge, particularly in the Health isle and OTC products. They should also have excellent customer service skills, teamwork abilities, and adhere to ethical working practices and compliance. Basic calculations, IT business operating systems, MS Office proficiency, and ability to work effectively in a team are essential.
