Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Content Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and inbound marketing strategies.

  • Assist in developing and executing content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences to inform content creation.

  • Write and edit engaging blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and other marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful content assets.

  • Manage social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve search engine visibility and organic traffic.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms.

  • Support the marketing team in various projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

  • Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Previous internship or work experience in marketing, content creation, or related fields is a plus.
