The successful candidate will operate within our open and collaborative creative culture, where all creative is shared early and often with the multi-disciplinary creative community to ensure alignment and consistent evolution of our brand and holistic customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create visually appealing graphics for brand design toolkit libraries.
  2. Develop innovative design concepts and layouts that effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
  3. Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials.
  4. Work closely with marketing, communications, product, and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet their needs.
  5. Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of five years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  2. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  3. Experience with Adobe Express Knowledge required for template creation driven work.
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and proficiency in both digital and print media.
  5. Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
  6. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
