Key Responsibilities:- Set up and maintain project-specific master contracts in conjunction with the Project Manager and Engineers;
- Generate project enquiry documents and RFQ's, commercial adjudication reports, and recording of commercial minutes;
- Manage general day-to-day contract administration and assess claims;
- Generate or input project reports;
- Report any commercial risk issues to the project team;
- Process Contractor claims/invoices and maintain contract administration schedules;
- Comply with Company, project, and project controls function procedures and techniques;
- Assist in preparing contract change notices, monitoring contract performance, including reporting and status contractor and owner deliverables;
- Assist in adjudication of all prepared quotations;
- Maintain an audit file for each contract.
