Blackfluo is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Systems Administrator to join our team. As an Enterprise IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and managing multiple Microsoft Subscriptions and SCCM Infrastructure instances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upgrade SCCM environments to the current branch and troubleshoot SCCM & OS-layer issues.
  • Develop and execute OS Deployment (OSD) Task Sequences and application deployments.
  • Create and maintain Gold Builds for Windows OS versions.
  • Manage Application Packaging & Deployment (SCCM 2007/2012, App-V technology).
Security and Vulnerability Management
  • Conduct INFOSEC vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
  • Implement security best practices, including Group Policy (GPO) settings, OS registry configurations, and CVE mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Enterprise Monitoring Team to fine-tune security alerts and monitoring.
Infrastructure and Change Management
  • Develop and implement Change Requests in coordination with the Infrastructure Team.
  • Support Technical Architects and Project Managers with resource planning and technical estimations.
  • Collaborate with vendors such as Microsoft, Veeam, VMware, and Dell-EMC for escalations and support.
Documentation and Training
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and internal procedures for IT teams.
  • Provide training and mentorship to engineers on deployment strategies and methodologies.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across IT support tiers.

To succeed in this role, you must have technical expertise in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP to Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office 365.
