Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers, while working within the company's standing instructions and policies to minimize servicing and repair costs.", "Experience and Minimum Requirements": "To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a forklift technical qualification, a Grade 12 qualification with Math's and Science, a valid driver's license, and experience working to deadlines on a monthly basis.", "Duties and Responsibilities": "Your key responsibilities will include working within the company framework to achieve above the Company KPIs with total professionalism, ensuring that all new and used equipment are repaired/serviced and assembled to agreed standards of quality, on time and at the right cost. You will also be responsible for handling technical problems that arise in the field/workshops, working directly with manufacturers to resolve issues timeously, and carrying out field product improvements or updates as published by manufacturers.", "Additional Responsibilities": "You will be required to keep accurate time sheets and travel logs, ensure all "JOBS" are posted received from the Service Controller on the Tom Tom once completed, and submit completed time sheets with Wip no's, travel logs, and job cards daily via the Magnitude App/Manual process.
