Training Support Specialist in Somerset West

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Training Support Specialist to join our team at Emporium Human Capital.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have experience in training and education, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients are essential for this role.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage customized training plans with clients to ensure their specific needs are met.
- Report on the progress of all clients undergoing training and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with clients to coordinate each training project from start to finish.
- Communicate project successes and challenges to internal stakeholders to implement improvements and maintain the training plan's effectiveness.
- Provide system training to clients, including demonstrating features and functionalities.
- Offer excellent customer support, resolving queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through system functions.
- Assist in preparing data for new clients and uploading it onto the system.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in training or education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant field, or at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
