We are excited to offer a challenging opportunity for a Petrochemical Design Engineer to join our team at TRS Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing projects in the Petrochemicals/Refinery Industry, specifically in EPC/EPCM project environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading large projects, as well as participating in activities associated with equipment and material procurement, permitting, and subcontracting. They will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
Responsibilities and Deliverables:- Project Development: Develop and review project scope of services, scope of facilities, and other project baseline documents.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Project Close-Out: Ensure timely and effective project close-out.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of Mechanical engineering design experience in Petrochemicals/Refinery Industry-EPC/EPCM project environment.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong EPC/EPCM Mechanical engineering and design experience in Conceptual, Basic, Detailed Engineering, and execution project phases. Strong knowledge of Mechanical Equipment design requirements for pressure vessels, rotating equipment & packaged equipment, including relevant international & local codes and standards. Professional Registration with ECSA.
