About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at MNA Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in Central East Africa and Mauritius Regions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to coordinate and project control, provide regulatory support, and ensure continuous compliance and product supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and compliance is maintained across all aspects of the business.
  • Regulatory Support: Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure that all regulatory submissions are accurate and compliant.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including QA, Supply Chain, and PV departments, to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to ensure quality submissions in line with guidelines and upskill team members.
Requirements
  • A completed Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree and/or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Regulatory Affairs/ Quality/ Production).
  • Sound knowledge of Sub-Saharan country's regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • Experience and understanding of electronic document management systems / eCTD.
