  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess credit risk for counterparties in the property and international portfolio.
  • Identify, measure, monitor, and manage credit risk for all product types on a single obligor, group, and portfolio basis.
  • Perform critical assessments of credit risk falling within the assigned portfolio.
  • Produce research and impart knowledge to the broader business and credit committees on developments in the portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Degree with a minimum of 5 years of credit risk experience.
  • Previous exposure to credit risk assessment, credit monitoring, processes, and procedures essential.
  • Prior experience or interest in property finance would be advantageous.
  • Analytical and numerical skills: ability to analyse financial statements and quantify financial risks.
