  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
    • Track software usage, system performance, and business impact through data analytics.
    • Establish a continuous improvement framework to enhance system functionality based on user feedback.
    • Provide regular progress updates to leadership, ensuring transparency on key outcomes.
