About This Job

We are looking for a highly skilled PR and Communications Director to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance our company's reputation and achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communication Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to ensure positive and consistent media coverage for the company.
  • Team Management: Manage and oversee the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record in media relations, press management, and crisis communication.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
