The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radiation oncology and medical physics principles, with the ability to derive computerized treatment plans and communicate effectively with radiation oncologists and therapists.

This role involves working closely with the radiation oncology team to generate radiation dose distributions and dose calculations, utilizing knowledge of radiation safety and current regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and modify treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and radiation oncologists
  • Operate and perform quality assurance on the treatment planning computer system
  • Maintain knowledge of radiation safety protocols and regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical or biological sciences or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical dosimetry
  • Certification as a Medical Dosimetrist (CMD) or equivalent
