Payroll Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team at The Recruitment People in Johannesburg.
Job Description:This role involves managing payroll administration, ensuring accurate employee records, and providing support to HR functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for ± employees, including new hires, leave, and terminations
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and reconciliations of payroll records
Additional Tasks:
Payroll Reporting:Generate payroll reports, process tax submissions, and maintain records per regulatory requirements
Benefits Management:Administer Medical Aid, Provident Fund, and Group Life benefits for employees
Time Tracking:Monitor and resolve discrepancies in employee time and attendance records
HR Support:Assist with payslips, salary estimates, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks
Project Work:Support HRIS payroll module and compliance initiatives
Qualifications:Matric, 3 years' experience, Payroll qualification/course is beneficial, Experience with employee benefit reconciliations
