Job Purpose

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media content strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the business to develop and implement effective social media content strategies.
  • Manage and grow online communities through effective community management strategies.
  • Analyse reporting data to measure the impact and effectiveness of social media efforts and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
