Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with LSPs to collect invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Review and verify invoices against approved quotations.
  • Process payments to LSP within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice.
  • Update payment figures on the Tencent Application per bill of lading.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a colleague education background, with additional qualifications as an accountant being advantageous.
  • At least 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and perform data analysis for planning purposes.

Benefits:
