Job OverviewThis role is crucial in supporting our Global Care operation. The successful candidate will be based in South Africa, with a flexible work arrangement allowing them to spend most of their time working from home.
The CSS Portfolio Oversight involves:
- Managing non-standard clinical care requests associated with Lyra's offerings.
- Collaborating with customer contract owners and other stakeholders to design bespoke projects and adapt delivery of clinical and associated services.
- Overseeing teams, products, and partnerships that aim to deliver additional counselling sessions, ad hoc onsite counselling services, proactive outreach projects, customer-specific care projects, organisational health evaluation services, and mediation services.
The CSS Operations Oversight entails ensuring best-practice policies and procedures are established, implemented, and improved upon where necessary. This includes adapting and developing new Standard Operating Procedures as needed, working closely with other departments at Lyra to ensure smooth cross-departmental processes, and managing financial processes and resources within the operation to support profitable service delivery.
CSS Data Management involves client EAP/WFMH Programme reporting, internal metrics and management reports, impact measures, scalability, and translation of operational components where required.
Key Responsibilities include Performance Management of Global CSS Team members, assisting in developing necessary skills and competencies, addressing people management issues, overseeing employee leave, demonstrating behaviours that build psychological safety, advocating for effective operations of Lyra technology and systems, liaising with Lyra International Technology Teams and LYRA USA Technology Teams, and ensuring Systems meet reporting and data management requirements.
