Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Chainlink Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake quantity surveying tasks, including cost planning and risk management.
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies for construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards and sustainability requirements.
  • Establish accurate weights and prices for drawings and documents.
  • Prepare commercial letters and necessary documents for field operations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology.
