Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing contact with customers to sell industrial equipment
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers
  • Providing customers with solutions that meet their needs
  • Visiting and quoting customers
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintaining quality service by enforcing company standards
  • Invoicing customers and ordering stock to complete customer backorders
  • Delivering products when needed
  • Following up on customer backorders
  • Completing customer planning and visits
  • Conducting cold calls to expand the customer base
  • Arranging and conducting demos on welding machines
  • Attending to all job-related administration tasks
  • Attending to any ad-hoc duties required by management
  • Achieving target sales set by the company
  • Opening new active accounts on a monthly basis
