Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee productivity, retention, and overall well-being.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job vacancies, and conducting interviews.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, organisational development, and change management.
  4. Co-ordinate and manage disciplinary hearings and dispute resolution processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of South African Labour Laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Able to think strategically and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
