We are seeking an accomplished audit professional to join our team as an Audit Senior. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Manage and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement audit strategies and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to address identified risks.
  • Conduct audit fieldwork, including interviews, observations, and document reviews.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to clients, including management letters and audit opinions.

Requirements:

  • AGA(SA) or CA(SA) qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex audit issues.
  • Proficiency in audit software, including CaseWare and Pastel.

  • A competitive salary range of R360,000 to R480,000 per annum, depending on experience.
