About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader to join our team as School Leader. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving educational excellence, shaping the school's culture and program, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the development and implementation of the school's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Driving educational excellence through the delivery of high-quality instruction, assessment, and reporting practices.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting student well-being, and encouraging active participation in school life.
  • Managing school operations, including budgeting, facilities maintenance, and personnel development.
  • Coaching and developing leaders, monitoring teaching and learning, contributing to school self-evaluation and improvement plans.
  • Developing effective communication systems with students, team, parents, and the wider community.


About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in rigorous, high-expectations school settings, including instructional leadership roles. More years of experience or experience as a Head of School is highly valued.
  • A track record of improving other people's performance through coaching, building strong relationships, and sharing feedback.
  • An exceptional ability to think strategically and detail-oriented.
  • A desire to further develop your leadership skills and apply them to transform the lives of African youth.
