- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in facilities/property coordination and/or site maintenance field.
- Proven technical maintenance experience in a service delivery environment is essential.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are also required.
- Proficiency in Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
- A strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

- Manage site maintenance, repairs, and replacements of all office equipment.
- Coordinating cleaning routines for the business unit.
- Supervising outsourced facilities functions and maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Liaising with internal and external suppliers and vendors to ensure performance as per SLAs.
- Resolving conflicts and escalating issues to line manager as needed.
