NDC Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Clerk. As a key member of our remote team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our database and ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
Responsibilities include entering and maintaining data in databases and spreadsheets promptly and accurately, verifying data input for accuracy and completeness before finalizing entries, and assisting in preparing reports and data summaries as needed by management.
To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role, proficient typing skills with high accuracy and speed, strong knowledge of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
We value teamwork and collaboration, but also recognize the importance of working independently to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Strong knowledge of data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
