About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical company and contribute to the success of their sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively implement sales strategies and tactics in accordance with company policies.
- Engage HCPs (Oncologists, Neurologists, and Rehabilitation Units) in dialogue to promote knowledge about products with value proposition, benefits, efficacy/safety profile, and treatment protocols.
- Develop territory Business Plan based on executional plan and allocate resources for optimal sales impact.
- Monitor territory business plan to ensure resources are directed to customers of greatest potential.
- Related bachelor's degree in any field, preferably science-related.
- Experience in calling on Specialists (Oncologist and Neurologists preferable).
- 5 years minimum experience.
- Deep Clinical Knowledge.
- High level of drive and determination.
- Self-motivated with good integrity.
- Good interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy – MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
