Job Title: Executive Director of Finance

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Finance to join our team at Deka Minas (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial management of our organization, ensuring the effective management of our financial resources, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management and the board of directors
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure the effective delivery of financial services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership experience in a hospital setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
