Job Overview

In this Insurance Sales Professional role, you will be responsible for selling policy solutions to customers and meeting set targets. You will work closely with existing customers to identify potential sales opportunities and develop new relationships with new customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers by obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from existing customers.
  • Interview the customer to clarify their requirements and sell customer propositions that meet their needs.
  • Develop working knowledge of the organisation's policies and procedures and adhere to mandatory procedures.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); FAIS and RE5 qualification (Essential); Class of Business – product knowledge (Essential)
  • 2-3 year telephonic sales experience (Essential); Experience in Financial Services Industry (Advantageous)
