Lead UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead UX/UI Designer to join our team at Nambiti Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of the frontend user experience and interface, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey.
  • Use consultative techniques to capture requirements and assess client needs, delivering innovative solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Consult and actively contribute to design workshops and brainstorming sessions, driving creative ideas and solutions.
  • Design user interfaces leveraging best practices in UI, UX, and design thinking, resulting in engaging and immersive user experiences.
  • Interpret customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Conceptualize, create, and maintain user-centered design concepts throughout all phases of the project, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
  • Present creative strategies and concepts to clients, both internally and externally, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Guide both responsive web, mobile, and print products through various stages of the product lifecycles, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity, iterating to enhance the user experience and improve overall product performance.
  • Help create, maintain, and adhere to digital design guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience.
  • Conduct visual quality assurance testing to ensure that products are consistent with intended design, meeting the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • High level of education, preferably NQF level 7 or similar.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
