  • Manage the planning and scheduling processes for projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, assess resource availability, and manage the creation of detailed project schedules.
  • Conduct regular meetings to advise teams on schedule adjustments, addressing changes in priorities, resource constraints, or external factors.
  • Analyse resource utilisation data from Job clocking systems to identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements.
  • Generate and analyse resource histograms to ensure resource availability for executing order books and future projects.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data from various systems to evaluate performance against key focus areas (KFAs) such as Productivity, Efficiency, and Utilisation, Attendance, and on-time delivery.
  • Present findings and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
  • Oversee and manage Weekly Progress Reports.
  • Manage Job clocking systems and Time Clerks to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and workflow enhancements within the planning function.
