  • Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to guests, including serving meals, arranging activities, and fulfilling special requests.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest cabins and public areas.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, including setting and clearing tables.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
