Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can participate in planning, estimation, and sizing of products, features, and user stories. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing issues proactively by reporting and overseeing the resolution of issues promptly to minimize unexpected costs and avoid delays or stability problems once the system goes live.
- Breaking down requirements into manageable features, stories, and epics for streamlined delivery.
- Assisting with backlog grooming by participating in backlog grooming sessions to prioritize and clarify tasks effectively.
- Collaborating with QA Leads, Practice Leads, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and Product Owners to ensure consistent meeting of client expectations.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to build strong relationships with peers, subject matter experts, developers, product owners, and other stakeholders through clear and open communication that aligns with our client values.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience with Selenium, Java, REST Assured, and have a background in banking and insurance. Experience in payments is advantageous.
