We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at iStaff Recruitment. This role involves the installation of software and setup of equipment, monitoring infrastructure and networks, managing IT security aspects, Microsoft Server Infrastructure, and assisting staff with setups.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Setup: The successful candidate will be responsible for installing software and setting up equipment as required.
  • Infrastructure Monitoring: They will monitor infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • IT Security: Our ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT security aspects, including implementing and maintaining secure protocols and procedures.
  • Microsoft Server Infrastructure: We require someone with expertise in Microsoft Server Infrastructure, including setup, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Staff Support: The IT Infrastructure Specialist will assist staff with setup and troubleshooting of their devices and software.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
  • Grade 12 qualification
  • A+ and N+, MSCE, and MS Server qualifications
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Ability to work on standby when needed
  • Residence in the Helderberg area
What We Offer:
  • An estimated annual salary of R550,000 - R650,000, depending on experience
