- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Communication:
- Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
- Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively.

Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Customer Success Monitoring:
- Track and analyze customer success metrics.
- Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience.
- Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management.
Requirements:
- Outgoing Personality: An extroverted individual who excels in building relationships.
- Highly Intelligent: Quick learner with the ability to understand complex concepts.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern software tools and quick to adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to identify issues independently and implement effective solutions.
- Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work some evenings when necessary to engage with international partners.
- US Accent: Applicants must sound American when speaking.
