  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead Management & Communication:
      • Handle inbound emails from leads promptly and professionally.
      • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align them with our solutions.
      • Use CRM (HighLevel and ClickUp) to track and manage data effectively.

Operational Support:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Customer Success Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze customer success metrics.
  • Assess customer satisfaction and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to implement strategies that enhance client experience.
  • Provide regular reports on customer success metrics to management.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing Personality: An extroverted individual who excels in building relationships.
  • Highly Intelligent: Quick learner with the ability to understand complex concepts.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern software tools and quick to adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Ability to identify issues independently and implement effective solutions.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work some evenings when necessary to engage with international partners.
  • US Accent: Applicants must sound American when speaking.
