We are seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Data and Analytics Solution Specialist to join our team at Dimension Data. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting our business operations and performing administrative day-to-day duties for the GTM division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with stakeholders to obtain information for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Assist in defining and refining internal processes for GTM and service delivery
  • Ensure processes are understood and implemented by all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams
  • Ability to define and communicate problems, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions
  • Self-starter, go-getter
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Assertive and critical thinker
  • Presentation skills
  • High level of understanding BI and Data Science is an advantage
  • Financial and business acumen
  • High level project management experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a related field from an accredited institution
