Job Title: Piping Engineer/Draughtsman Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Piping Engineer/Draughtsman Team Lead to join our team at Isilumko Staffing (JHB). As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring that drafting deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify drafting deliverables for compliance with health and safety standards, including ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1, and EN 13480.
  • Perform flexibility analysis on piping systems to ensure optimal design and functionality.
  • Develop and implement quality management practices to ensure consistency and excellence in engineering deliverables.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
  • Maintain effective Engineering Information Governance Standards and processes to ensure seamless information management.
Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with a Mechanical Engineering Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor of Technology, and a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a similar role. ECSA Registration is preferred.
