Job Opportunity at NCR Management Centre

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Call Centre Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a second and third language being advantageous. Proficiency in working on Vici-dial and computer literacy are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as agreed upon
  • Meet the agreed daily talk time target
  • Obtain, confirm, and update all client details accurately and efficiently
  • Achieve monthly objectives as agreed with the team leader/manager
  • Adhere to Call Centre policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year sales experience within a Call Centre environment
  • Knowledge of Debt Review, Debt Review Cancellation, and Debt Mediation would be preferable
  • Proficiency in working on Vici-dial
  • Computer Literate
  • Saturdays may apply depending on sales targets

Remuneration:

Basic Salary starting from R6500 plus a lucrative commission structure. This is a sales-driven position, and only applicants who meet the minimum requirements need to apply.
