Warehouse Pharmacist

As a key member of our team, the Warehouse Pharmacist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, efficiency, and safety of medicines throughout the distribution chain.

• Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) guidelines, including receiving, storage, packaging, temperature maintenance, picking and packing, and supervising warehouse staff.
• Medication Handling: Handle recalls, complaints, returned goods, quarantine goods, and non-compliance reports in a timely and efficient manner.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform related duties as assigned by the Head of Operations, maintain job-related filing, and oversee packing material management.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms received from intrusion, smoke, power failure, and temperature alarms.

• Education and Experience: Must have a Pharmacist degree (B.Pharm.) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer Proficiency: Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to talk, listen, and move around the warehouse and logistics environment.
