About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Pharmacist to join our team at NEOC Group Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Review and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage QA departmental functions, including document control and site master file maintenance
  • Implement validation plans and manage supplier approval
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Manage non-conformance documentation and investigations
  • Support adverse drug reaction processes and conduct root cause analysis
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
  • Monitor employee training and ensure compliance with GxP and approved SOPs
Requirements
  • B. Pharm degree and registered with the South African Pharmacy Council
  • Good computer literacy and knowledge of cGMP regulations
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in QA and strong communication skills
