NOC Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NOC Coordinator to join our team at People Dimension. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the National Operating Centre Department, ensuring seamless ticket resolution and communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and efficient ticket resolution within defined service-level agreements.
- Prepare and deliver customer reports, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain open communication with management and customers, keeping them informed of status updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cross-functional requirements are met.
- Coordinate team activities to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Escalate technical issues and report on ticketing system statistics.
- Manage accounts and maintain the ticketing system.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on technical department issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a coordinator, with a strong background in liaising between internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of IT, with a focus on connectivity and network systems.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite.
