As a Strategic Technology Manager at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, you will play a key role in managing and supporting the office of the portfolio CIO. Your primary responsibility will be to provide leadership for the cross-functional management of information, reporting, and technology across the portfolio. You will oversee functions such as portfolio IT strategy, governance, performance management, and the implementation of WoW, methodologies, processes, and tools across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- You will analyze and interpret strategy, metrics, and spend to provide insights. Ensure financial recoveries are processed, working closely with the portfolio Finance team.
- Coordinate and ensure alignment between the IT portfolio and the Business Line and/or Corporate Functions product solutions.
- Develop specific presentations on performance and progress of the portfolio, for multiple forums, boards, and committees.
- Ensure integration and provide insights, oversight, and governance.
- Ensure a consistent and strategic approach to the use of information technology across the portfolio and ensure a consistent, transparent, and effective approach to the way the portfolio delivers value to the business.
