  • Provide accurate and timely communication to ensure client satisfaction.

Business Process Overview:

  • General inquiries, new business, renewals, endorsements, and re-broke.
  • Risk assessments, portfolio analysis, and quote requests.
  • Policies rated accurately, and required information provided to clients.
  • Valuations, reinsurance, premium raises, and documentation management.
  • Upsell relevant cover, follow retention processes, and confirm cancellations.
  • Refunds, invoicing, and adherence to company mandates.

Professional Development:

  • Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously develop self.
  • Maintain productivity and quality assurance targets.

Requirements:

  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
  • FAIS Compliant.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a client services environment.
  • 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Underwriter.
