As an Operations Configuration Specialist Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow CSDM models and governance frameworks. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality monitoring and compliance with relevant KPIs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex IT service management environments and collaborating with global stakeholders.
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow and BMC Remedy Helix, including configuration and administration.
- Deep knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB), data models, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
- Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL principles in large-scale IT operations.
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities within an Agile Working Model (AWM).
